Born on 01.03.1920 in Leningrad.
Graduated from Leningrad State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin (battle-workshop of Professor R. Frents).
Taught painting at the Estonian Art Institute. For 20 years he was professor and chair of the Institute of Painting.
Member of the Union of Artists.
Her paintings are in the State Art Museum of Estonia, the Tartu Art Museum, the museums of the Russian Federation, in private collections.
