Adriatic Sea shore

When we were painting this study, sitting on the empty shore, all of a sudden, the pebbles close to us began to rustle. Without giving us the slightest bit of attention, the huge vividly-green lizard scuttled past our noses and the snake ran after it by zigzags. All was done, when the lizard reached the water. A wave concealed it, and the snake left in solitude amidst the rocks.
