In 1978 he graduated from the Tumen Art College.
Since 1981 he has been teaching in the Suzdal Art-Restjration College.
In 1985-1990 he studied at St. Petersburg State Art and Industry Academy named A Stieglitz to acquire a profession in the field of monumental-decorative painting (the studio of A.Yu.Talschuk).
Graduated from St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. IE Repin (Faculty of Art History).
Member of the Union of Artists since 1993.
The works of A.Veselkin are included in the collections of the Directory of the Exhibitions of the Union of Artists of Russia (Petersburg), of the Art Institute "Weissensee" (Berlin), of the Centre of Fine arts (Vladimir), ofthe Museum of Modern Russian Art in Paris and in many private collections.
