Ganga 1
I painted this artwork in Varanasi, India. I was inspired by pilgrims who were going to dip into Ganga that morning.
My first teacher had a golden watch and a chain and once he took it from his pocket, and I saw a sudden flash of gold. He said I have to work inside a flash. I am searching for the clear space where all objects and phenomena discover their nature.
Inside a flash I see the idea of an object and I draw after this idea, but not from the object itself. I use this point as the beginning. I draw from the idea of life and work on the edge of image itself and narrative.
